Door Panel Repair S70 1999

Hello everyone.

I owe a Volvo s70 1999 and the leather in the door panels have started to unglue. I have the VIP warranty that came with the car as certified when I bought it but the dealer said that panels are not covered. I asked for the price of new panels and they said costs about 3-400 usd. Does anyone know any cheaper way how to fix this? I hate to look at the panels like that. I have maintained them all the time with Armor Leather.
