High mileage T5's, a question for you S70

My 98 has 96,000 miles on it and it seems like its just making a ton of noise. Anything below 2000 rpm produces nothing but what seems like the engine rattling, and when coming on boost the whole intake system just doesn't sound very smooth at all, lots of sucking noises that fluctuate in pitch. At around 90-92k I had a lower engine mount replaced. Also had a compression check done - 165/155/155/150/165. Tiny bit concerned about what that 4th cylinder will bring me in the future. Throttle body was also cleaned.

But anyways, those of you with higher mileage T5's, what are yours sounding like these days? noisy and clatters all around, or still somewhat smooth?

I'm thinking at this point I need to check out all the hoses (although the boost gauge is indicating there are no vaccum/boost leaks) and have the exhaust system checked out for any leaks.

Thanks for any input guys-
Dan
