XC90 ECU mod, 8-psi boost up to 14

Anyone done the TME (through IPD) ECU upgrade to boose the turbo pressure from 8 to 14, and boost horsepower from 208 to 245???

I'm thinking of this tweak, as I understand the motor doesn't know it's been modified until such occasion that you put your foot in it and need the power, like entering an on ramp in front of an 18-wheeler.

Also, anyone have a recommendation on how to do this upgrade, as I understand there are several options. The IPD option requires you to physically send in the ECU unit and they do the reprogramming and ship back to you, which is a royal pain.
