Interior wrinkling on door 850

When I bought my 95 850 GLT there were wrinkles in the leathery plastic stuff on the armrest by the doorlock on 2 of the doors. It's been bothersome for awhile so I've decided to try to smooth it out. I don't know if someone worked on the electrical in the doors and messed it up putting the door back together or what. Basically just wanted to know if this is common and if there are any tricks that wouldn't require taking the door panel off. Oh and another thing is the passenger air bag cover corners are peeling up. Any suggestions on what to use to keep them down and not hinder the airbag performance.
Thanks in advance for any responses.
