What's a corporate fleet vehicle? 850

Hi, all,

I am interested in a 95 850 turbo wagon with 130K miles and just ran CarFax to check it. The carfax report says this car has had one owner and first registered as a corporate fleet vehicle. I am really confused with that. Could someone explain to me what a corporate vehicle is and how it can become privately owned car? Is there title tranfer required?

Though the owner told the car is in great shape and maintained by dealers, Carfax found an accident report, which happened in 2000. With all this, do you think it is worth buying of this car? If yes, how much is the fair price?

I will probably go to see and test the car on Monday. Are there particular things I should pay close attention to?

Sorry for this long posting. Thank you in advance for your help.

Best,

Puhong
