A/C Intermittenly Shuts Off - How to Dismantle Compressor Overheat Sensor? 850

My 95 850 GLT a/c intermittenly stops providing cold air. Compressor shuts down after running for about 20 minutes with recirc on, longer with recirc off. I live in Florida (HOT and HUMID!)

After doing a thorough search on all the Volvo Sites, I believe the problem to be (in my shadetree mechanic opinion) the compressor overheat sensor.

Does anyone know how to do this besides the dealer?

Yes I have checked and recharged the 134a, it is between 30 and 40 psi.

Thanks.

Brian (sweaty)
