850 fan dead; diagnostic codes 850 1994

Today, I had my first experience with diagnostic codes (much thanks to instrux from Volvospeed!!).

My interior fan had been squeaking very loudly but intermittently; now it don't do nothing. When I start her up I get the flashing lights (REC and AC). I removed the lower interior panel and the glovebox and everything looks fine (of course it would: I have no idea of what to look for).

Then I pulled up the codes:
The codes for B1 were 4-1-1, 4-1-4, and 4-1-7.
Now what? Any help with finding a translator for these would be much appreciated.
