Lock-up trouble on tranny 850 1997

When giving heavy acceleration at about 100km/h, feel vibrations during a few seconds then the arrow lights up and lock-up won't work any more until engine cools down and next start up : default code indicates electrical or mechanical problem???
I already flush the tranny with dexron III without any success. I verify contact between ECU and tranny .
This trouble occurs now for 20000 kms without getting worth.
Volvo dealers only propose to replace tranny.
Tranny workshop suggest to change lock-up electrovan (without any garantee)
Has anyone already solve this kind of trouble? Thanks for help
