Base S70 tune-ups S70 1999

hey guys, i have the '99 S70 non-turbo (169HP). I just recently got the K&N air filter for it, but havent installed yet. In the future im planning on buyin the cat-back exhaust from www.eurosporttuning.com and also the ECU upgrade they have. The ECU upgrade says i will get 183HP after instaltion and it doesnt say anything about HP gain w/ the exhaust kit. Im thinking after im done i might have around 190HP. is this good? will i have more/less? And also i really dont wana get a GLT or T5 now. thanks for your responses.
