Base S70 tune-ups S70 1999

The highest avalable octane here in FL is 97 and i can buy it at any station. The ppl from Eurosporttunning just sent me dyno charts for my specific volvo 99 non turbo base (But its a V70, littel slower 0-60 also with less hp). My volvo right now has 170hp with no mods. if ud like me to send u the chats tell me ur e-mail. And now for the million dollar question: is it worth buyin an ECU and Exhaust? or one of the 2? The base volvo does shift too much and the new ecu would help. thx
