1st gear 850 1993

nusbus:

I seem to experience the same problem once in a while and mostly if I do not shift into gear immediately after I depress the clutch (say if I delay more than 15-20 secs). So I move the stickshift into 2nd and then ease it into 1st or, like you said, i depress the clutch again and shift into gear. I have not worried about it as it occurs occassionally. On the other hand, you might as well get the hydraulic system checked for air in the system.
