NOISE FROM NEW TIRES 850 1994

I recently installed a set of 4 Yokohama Avid Touring tires on my '94 850 sedan. I thought they seemed somewhat noisy when driving on paved surface streets and interstated driving. I thought that because they were high mileage kind of tires, it should be something to expect. Well, Last month I had another set of 4 installed on my '95 850 sedan and the tires are perfectly quiet. What gives? I just returned from the tire shop who installed them and they had no explanation. They rebalanced and rotated them but the noise is the same. The '94 has 63K miles on it and the '95 has 90K miles on the clock. I plan on taking all 4 tires off the '95 and putting them on the '94 to see if the noise goes to the other of if it's the car's suspension or something...

Thanks for any advice or thoughts.
