Base S70 tune-ups S70 1999

I am willing on spending around $1,000 give or take; an ECU upgrade can give me around 190hp and an exhaust will add another 10hp + the k&n filter which is $40 can give 5hp at the most. Im really not into buying cars or anything on ebay anymore (had some bad experiences). Also in FL you can not find a T5 ANYWHERE. Same with the GLT there is like 1 or 2 for sale at around $17,000 and that is almost never. My volvo is worth around $12,000. So i rather spend less money and have more fun installing the parts rahter then buying a car thats not that much faster (GLT).
