Front bumper cover replacement ... 850 1995

I'm thinking of replacing the front bumper cover on my 850. The current grey plastic area is bubbling from the previous owners usage of either a flat grey paint or tire black. I can get a new replacement for under $90 USD.

How hard is it to remove the bumper cover other than drilling out the rivets at the front wheel wells and removing the upper and lower cover bolts??? Has anyone replaced their front bumper cover with good results??
