Door troubles S70

It seems that the bottom the inside the door (I have no idea what it is called)
are not securely attached to the metal outside door. So when I close doors I hear two noises. One the metal door closing and one the inside of the door closing. Anybody has any ideas how to secure the inside door parts to the outside?
