C70 convertible question C70 1999

Folks, here's the deal: I'm looking into rebuilding a C70 that rearended something. The front end damage isn't all that bad, but what concerns me is that the rollover protection things at the rear of the cockpit are sticking up in the air. How do they go back down? Is it possible to get them back down? The car is a 1999. Not sure if that'd make a difference or not, but there it is anyway. So, who knows the answer this time? Thanks again-
