R12 or R-134a? 850 1993

I suspect my wife's ac has a leak somewhere within the system since her ac is blowing only warm air after being recharged only 2 months ago and the compressor is constantly recycling. I was reading on this site about a product, Quest Superseal by efproducts, that seems to do a good job sealing any leaks in the ac system. My question is this: Does our 1993 850 have R-12(freon) or the more environmental friendly R-134a refrigerant? The superseal product offers two versions depending on your refrigerant type and I want to be sure to get the correct one. I think our car has the old refrigerant R12 which I assume can only be serviced by a licensed mechanic since the freon cannot be discharged into the atmosphere. I plan to bring the superseal to him and see if he will be willing to use it prior to doing the recharge. Thanks.
