Whistle and other noise coming from a/c air conditioner 1998 V70 GLT V70-XC70

Hello:

Saw a thread about this already posted, so pardon the repeat, but I'm still not clear on how to resolve it. My 1998 V70 makes a whistling noise when I turn off the engine and sometimes when I start. Near as I can tell, it's the AC unit, since it goes away when AC is off. Other users of this UG have claimed it's the orifice tube. Where exactly is this on my car, and what should I do when I find it, or is it worth a trip to the dealer? Also, I can hear an occasional bubbling/knocking sound coming from the center vents when the AC is on. Is this related?
