bubbles in expansion tank 850

Hi

Hmm, I am not aware of head gasket problems with 850's.

Lets see, does the motor run at the correct temperature?
Is there any oil in the coolant?
Likewise water in the oil?

Did you get the cylinder-head pressure tested to see if it had any cracks that could cause leaks? Assuming the motor had overheated, did the machine shop skim the head to make it 'true' or was the rebuild just replacement of parts?

Hopefully it could be something simple especially after the work you have had done, perhaps stuck thermostat or blocked radiator.
Let us know
