Grinding sound from breaks? 850

Hi,
Ever since I changed the rotors and bads on the real wheels, I kept on hearing sharp squeaking sounds (which some people say it's normal until the sounds go away after putting some mileage). However, the sound did not go away for several months and now I started to hear very dull grinding sounds especially when I make turns at very low speed and even when I drive straight at low speed. Now, I hear similar grinding sound after I parked my Volvo 850 (1996). When I jump up/down on the seat, I hear similar sound from real wheels. If anyone could provide me valuable tips regarding this matter, I would greatly appreciate. Thanks.
