Electrical Issue... S70 2000

Ok once again an update. I was able to remove the fuse box screwed down cover in order to access the AUT/CB. I pulled it out to discover that the plastic near the terminals had gotten hot enough to melt a little. I replaced the CB with the passenger power seat CB which is the same type. I attempted to use the power window and the only change noticed was that the motor could be heard attmepting to engage but with insufficient juice. I am now thinking that there is some sort of a short in the system that is impacting only the circuits for the PWs, PMs, and moonroof. I am hoping that is all it is and that it is not too expensive to fix. Does anyone know of a service bulleting, recall, or just plain have experience with this same problem?

Thanks
