sold my 850 850 1996

Well, I finally sold my '96 850 GLT wagon with 213K on the clock. Excellent car but my wife, now the driver, doesn't like wagons. So, I'm looking to get into a used S70, preferably a 1998 turbo since I think the 99 - 2000 models had problems with the ETS. Any thoughts comparing the S70s vs S60s, since the latter seem harder to find but not much better?
