Advice Needed- ABS Brake Issues on 1995 850 850

Own a 1995 Volvo 850 with ABS brakes.

Occasionally experience some shudder when braking - not unlike the feel when the ABS engages on a slick road. However, it happens on dry road conditions - and just in the final few feet of braking ( say 20 feet).Thought it was coming from the front- but based on the codes I pulled may very well be the rears.

Checked the A3 socket codes and got the following:

213 Left rear wheel sensor, no signal on moving off

214 Right rear wheel sensor, no signal on moving off

Anyone have experience on this issue? Should I just replace my rear wheel sensors?

Thanks
