ACC Codes 321,411,412,414,417,418 & SRS 222 850 1993

Please help, I know that the SRS 222 code means open circut passenger bag, can I fix that myself? Any ideas what my AC codes 321,411,412,414,417 & 418. Seems like a lot of codes, but maybe I will get lucky and the 321 trips the rest. Who knows, please help, I am HOT HOT HOT in my car. The evaporator has been replaced at least once in the last 3 years, and two times before that, don't know if that is enough. There is clearly pressure in the system, but it wont run. Oh and my AC/Rec lights blink when I turn the car on.
