Leaking Fuel Injectors - Too much pressure? 850

I have a 94 850 with 165,000. Periodically, the seals around the injectors would leak, and then they would stop. Last week 1 and 5 started leaking profusely so I purchased the ring kit and replaced them. After putting it all back together, it still leaked. I then bought the "blue" seals which I thought were dust protectors and installed them. #1 is still leaking a little and 4 started but then stopped. I wonder if I'm doing something wrong or if the pressure regulator is sending too much pressure. Any suggestions for getting these guys to stop leaking? Thanks
