Passenger Side Dash Loose 850

I have the same problem, but not as bad, it is caused by a broken clamp when the evap. was replaced and started to move later on. What is the best way to fix and/or adjust vice pulling the dash and fixing the dash clamp?? I feel pushing a screwdriver through the firewall or next to the dash may be a bit noticable. Thanks for any info.
