Passenger Side Dash Loose 850

A coworker who used to be an engineer at Ford's production plant looked at it with me and found a star screw on the edge of the kick panel just behind the trim that meet the door. We tightened it a half turn and the dash is now stationary. Screw driver returned to the toolbox.

Seems like an underengineered bolt to hold the dash still through the life of the car, but who am I to criticize?
