Fuel Injector Cleaning? 850

Has anybody cleaned their fuel injectors? I'm wondering if I need to clean mine as it feels like I have some surging during hard acceleration, as if the injectors are dirty. I threw a bottle of injector cleaner in the gas but I gather I need something better or a few more doses as it hasn't seemed to work. Is there a certain amount miles that the car would need injectors cleaned? I'm at 107K now.
