Electrical - battery not charging? 850 1997

Thanks for all your suggestions.

I removed the battery from the car, then fully charged the battery one night, then measured the voltage.

0hrs 13.0v
12hrs 12.6v
13hrs 11.5v
14hrs 10.6v
21hrs 10.7v

So it looks like a bad cell, and not anything wrong with my car (phwew!). Took it back to Shucks, and after a bit of arm-wrestling (their testing process said the battery was just fine. So I showed them my measurements and raised a stink), was able to exchange the battery for a new one.

Car is working OK so far, we'll see how it does over a week.

Thanks,
Dave
