Revving on it's own S70 1999

My S70 T5 is acting strange- just did a coolant change and the car started revving itself from about 900 to 1200 RPMs when I start it in the morning. It does it with actual rhythym...drummers wish they could keep as good a beat as this thing. If I rev it high, it might go away for a little while, but while it's cold it will do it at stop lights occasionally. Changed the spark plugs, but that wasn't it. Need to replace the fuel filter as well. Any thoughts?
