What is so different between the 98 and 99's on ?

I just brought my 1994 Saturn SC2 into the dealer for the first repair of its life at 107K miles. Bad window motor. I can't believe the reliability on this car, still runs like it was new. My other 1993 Saturn still kicking along at 150K.

My 98 V70 still crapping out as usual.
