Hillbilly rough shift fix S70

I have owned my 98 S70 GLT for a few years now and the shits between 1-2-3 were always a little rough around the edges. I never ever raced the engine and hardly floored it, until last week. I have been having fun lately kicking down the gas pedal and leaving it floored until a good speed around 125km/h when entering highways etc. (Man the acc is great) Anyways, when I drive in the city now after all those fast hard acc's the shifts are smoother than a smoothie in the city and also on the highway.... Maybe the transmission needed to be loosened/worked out up a bit? Anyways, the shifts are much nicer now. Perhaps you should give it a try....
