SRS Service light after satillite radio installation V70-XC70

I just had an XM Commander Satellite radio installed on my V70 turbo wagon at Circuit City. Immediately...the SRS Service light came on...and my ventalation system was not working...back to the installers...the ventalation was fixed, but they are stumped about the SRS service light. They tapped continuous power off of the existing radio and switch power off of the cig lighter. They claim they did not tap off of the airbag power. I go back Friday after they consult with more experts. They did unplug several things off of a panel, but claim all have been replugged. We have already disconnected the battery to try to reset the computer. No luck. Any similar experiences and help/hints?
