been thinking about buying a '96 5 speed 850 glt wagon... 850 1996

... would much prefer a rwd wagon, but can't seem to find one prior to 1850 or so:)...
anyway, i'm kinda partial to old technology and am under the impression that fwd/awd is not as reliable as plain vanilla rwd....
...
was wondering if anyone here has made a transition from rwd stick to fwd/awd stick and are they happy with the somewhat more complex drive trains.
...
thx
