Weird fault combination 325 / 514 / 232 and oil light 850 1993

I'm trying to diagnose a '93 850 T5R for a friend-of-a-friend. Redblock RWD I know by heart, but these newfangled whiteblocks are certainly interesting to work on... :-)

The lambda light turned on recently. Pulling the codes on A2 I got
325 (ECU memory loss)
514 (cooling fan faulty at half speed)
232 (long term fuel mix lean/rich at idle)

The car also has been known to illuminate the "oil low" light during driving until the car is turned off (and might then stay off again for days) even though there is plenty of oil.

Another "problem" is that the turbo gauge is non-functional (although the turbo sure works fine, brings a grin to my face to testdrive it).

Any ideas? Bad ground, bad ECU, bad something else or really a case of multiple faults in the system?

Thanks,

Bram
