2004 V70 advice needed

So far Volvo has not budged on the price of my current 2001, still holding at around $19,000. The reason I'm not so interested in the car is because with 2 small children the interior has been pretty beat up now that they are 3 years older its a little easier to maintain and keep clean. (plus i hate the color my wife chose)

As far as the blue books go I have not been able to find one with a pricing on a used 2004. A 2003 comes at about $25,000
