Breather Box S80 1999

Is the breather box part of the emissions system?

I have leak on the breather box as per the dealer and warranty won't cover emissions system. About $400 at the dealer.
Warranty is covering turbo seals, stabilizer bars. Woohoo.

Is a broken fuel door self replaceable. On the 850 you can see the screws not on the S80.


Would be nice if everybody can rate there extended warranties
Mine is Warrantybynet, 4 years, upto 100K; $1705, No deductibles.
