V70 vs Camry reliability? V70-XC70

My wife's 92 Camry wagon is getting old and we want to replace it before we start having problems. It has been an incredibly reliable car and she has been quite satisfied with it. Unfortunately, Toyota does not produce Camry wagons anymore, so we have to look for something else. A SUV is totally out of the question. We absolutely want a wagon.

For her a car is an appliance and her 3 main priorities are: reliablity, reliablity and reliablity. How would a V70 compare to a Camry?

Compared to a Camry or an Accord, how fast does a V70 depreciate?
