Resetting Radio code 850

I had done the two hour thing twice and knew what mu DH did re: entering the wrong code seberal times. I had told him about having to turn the car on for two hours...only he left the lights on ( he did not realize the car can be on w/o the lights). The battery died. After I jumped the car, I tried it....Guess I did not give the battery enough juice...it died again. The next day, I gave it one more try...still did not work. Finally, It worked....but it was closer to 2 and a half hours.

Now today, I went to beep my horn after being cut off. The horn got stuck and everyone thought I was beeping at them. I had to pull over and pull the fuse...it was fine when I put the fuse back in.

I love Volvos, but they have the quirkiest little problems.
