850 turbo loss of power 850 1995

My trusty 850 turbo, 350,000 KM has suddenly lost power. It runs more like a very low boost turbo, much closer to my normal S70 at 170 hp rather than 225 hp of the 850T. This happend over a few days. The boost gauge shows normal, I have no fault lights, gas consumption is normal, the car runs fine other wise, it revs up to 6000 rpm happily for each gear change, it just takes longer to get to speed. The car cruises nicely at the 140-150 kph range.

Has anyone seen this in their turbos. At 350,000 KM I am very reluctant to go to the dealer with a blank cheque to find out what has gone bad. The car has been great, so I would like to keep it. My goal is 500,000 KM.
