Buying a '97 850R - Wheel Size & Front Bib Question 850 1997

I am looking at an 850R that I am interested in buying. (The car is at a used car dealers and he has no other info on it). This car has custom Volvo 16" wheels -- but I thought that 850R's came stock with 17" wheels! Am I wrong?

I am guessing that a previous owner wanted get more of a "low rider" look -- and most likely this is also the reason why the front bib spoiler has a big crack in it....

Are 16" wheels OK on this car? Will this affect the front suspension and/or handling?

Anyone know where a replacement front bib can be found. I would also consider an aftermarket version.

Thanks,

Jon
