V70 vs Camry reliability? V70-XC70

I worry about the same thing as my V90 creeps up above 110,000. Still miles left, for sure, but the inevitible will happen. You didn't mention cost, new or used, size, etc., but I have almost fallen for the BMW 3 series wagon,,, rwd or awd. It has a F.O.R. record that is far lower than any Volvo, and above the combined average of all cars. It's shorter than the V70, more consistent with the V50 or Subaru and other small wagons.
