Code P0756 Shift Solenoid B, What is it? V70-XC70 1999

Car: 1999 Volvo V70 XC 111K

Symptom:Flasing up arrow and CEL on, car in limp home mode.

1st step: I went to Autozone to get my codes pulled thinking it was going to give me 313 for PNP, but apparenlty that's not an OBDII code. I got two codes, P1618 and P0756. From reading post on this site and volvospeed, P1618 appears to be the code from the trans telling the system to turn on the CEL. The P0756 is supposed to be "Shift Solenoid B Perfomance or stuck open" issue.

Does anyone know what this is? where this is? Is this a DIY issue? What my exposure?
