93-95 ABS 850

Still looking for technical help on old style ABS brakes. I am still having the ABS self check activate randomly while accelerating and braking as the car passes through 15 MPH.

New calipers and pads all wheels
Tried used ABS Computer
Tried Used ABS relay
Cleaned and swapped Relays under fuses cover
Checked Wheel sensors for resistance and short to ground
Cleaned Wheel sensors
replaced proportioning valve
No ABS light on dash, no stored codes

93 850 85,000 miles original owner. Still thinking it is something mechanical, but there is not much left to change out.
