Loose panel below glove box V70-XC70

V70 / 1998 / 95,000 miles /

When trying to locate a slight rattle discovered the dash panel / upper footwell panel below glove box on passanger side is loose. It is attached fine along the upper edge which meets with the glove box door but has come loose toward the firewall. Looks/sounds like it is held inplace with hidden snap in fastners of some type but can't seem to get reattached because I'm not sure exactly where they are located or how they work. Can someone explain what & how they work.

Next of course if trying to figure out why/how it came loose.

Thanks.
