Remove the bolt that holds the tip to the rear pipe, and soak the whole area where the tip and pipe meet with lots of penetrating oil, spray from inside the tip also. Use a small chisel or flat bladed screw driver. Get the blade of the screw driver or chisel just on or under the rear edge of the tip and tap it with a hammer. Work your way around as much of the tip as you can.
