disconnect battery for 15 min, that resets the adaptives and might clear CEL.

The dealer is quoting you $600 for a ETS job, basically that entails you to a TB cleaning, which you can do yourself. Do you have an ETS light on? if you do then you probably have a bad ETS module, and replacement is about $1200 at the dealer
