Instrument cluster on 850 Turbo. 850 1995

Hi everybody. I need to replace the four lamps in the instrument cluster of my 850 Turbo. I am wondering if once I remove or raise the dash do I actually have to remove the cluster or is it possible to reach behind it and replace the bulbs leaving the cluster connected.
