850 Electronic Climate Control - A/C issues 850 1993

Okay, I found a replacement climate control module for my 93 850 glt. The fan now works but when I use the A/C, the clutch for the compressor clicks on and off about every other second not quite doing much to cool anything down. Also, when I put the selector in the middle on auto in conjunction with putting the fan speed on auto, nothing happens. Any ideas what's going on here? The new module I got looked a little different so I'm wondering if I have to put in the exact same one for it to work right. This is still driving me crazy but with a little help I think I'll get it figured out. Thanks in advance!
