1993 850 Fuel Pressure Regulator removal

The FPR is at the under side of the fuel rail.
How do I get at the bolts that hold the FPR
to the rail? Do I have to remove the supply and return
lines from the rail? Just removing the Fuel Rail cover
does not allow me access. Does removing the bracket for
the delivery and return fuel lines on Engine
near Firewall allow enough flex for accessing bolts
on FPR?
